We are seeking a talented Female Assistant HR Manager (Saudi National) to support and manage key HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will take charge of HR operations, employee training, and policy implementation to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the overall HR department operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct employee training and development programs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company standards.
• Support management with performance reviews and staff engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in contracting or industrial sector).
• Strong knowledge of HR policy implementation and employee training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills (English).
• Female Saudi National only.
