Office And Site Coordinator (Immediate Mobilization) in Jubail

Company: Minah For Operation & Industrial Services

Minimum 5 years of experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Industrial Projects

✅ Proven experience in Shutdowns / Turnarounds

✅ Strong knowledge of manpower supply services and project requirements

✅ Good understanding of market rates, manpower pricing, and commercial negotiations

✅ Ability to meet clients, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities

✅ Strong coordination skills between office operations, clients, and site teams

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Valid driving license preferred

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Coordinate project activities between office and site teams

🔹 Attend client meetings and develop business relationships

🔹 Identify and pursue new project opportunities

🔹 Prepare quotations and support commercial proposals

🔹 Negotiate manpower rates and commercial terms with clients and suppliers

🔹 Monitor market trends, manpower availability, and competitive pricing

🔹 Support shutdown planning, mobilization, and project execution

🔹 Ensure timely follow-up on client requirements and project deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience in manpower supply, maintenance, and shutdown projects

✔ Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major industrial clients

✔ Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
