HYDRO TEST COORDINATOR in Dammam

Location: JAFURAH

Employment Type: Full-Time Transfer basis

Industry: ARAMCO Construction / Oil & Gas

Experience : At least 5 year with ARAMCO .

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate hydrotest activities according to the project schedule.

Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, test packages, and line lists.

Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, and Client representatives.

Ensure all hydrotest packages are complete and approved before testing.

Verify that all required permits and safety requirements are in place.

Coordinate test medium filling, venting, pressurization, holding, and depressurization.

Monitor hydrotest pressure and ensure compliance with approved procedures.

Arrange calibrated pressure gauges, pumps, hoses, blinds, and test equipment.

Coordinate reinstatement activities after successful hydrotesting.

Prepare and maintain hydrotest records, reports, and punch lists.

Ensure all testing activities comply with ASME, client specifications, and project procedures.

Support mechanical completion and system handover activities.

Monitor hydrotest progress and report status to project management.
