PRECAST BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / PRECAST ENGINEER in Riyadh

KHATWAT ISLAH CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking an experienced Precast Business Development Manager or Precast Engineer with strong industry connections and the ability to secure new precast projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new precast concrete business opportunities.

• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients.

• Identify upcoming projects and submit company profiles and proposals.

• Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Expand the company’s client network and increase sales revenue.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the precast concrete industry.

• Strong network of contractors, consultants, and project decision makers in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven track record of securing precast projects.

• Knowledge of precast products, construction methods, and project requirements.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
