Job Description
*Job Purpose*
To generate new business, maintain existing customer relationships, promote printer consumables and printing solutions, achieve sales targets, and increase market presence through regular customer visits and business development activities.
*Pre requisites* are as follows.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales and related segment
*Key Responsibilities*
Actively generate and qualify new customer leads via field visits, phone calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels
Visit existing and potential customers daily.
Understand customers’ printing needs and recommend appropriate consumables and accessories
Present product features/benefits and demonstrate value based on usage
Close sales and meet monthly/quarterly individual targets
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and returns/exchanges professionally
Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM or sales tools
Follow-up on pending leads and orders, and drive repeat purchase behavior
Good command over English and Arabic, additional languages are appreciated
Coordination with back office and Technical Support teamSkills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to sell based on product knowledge and customer needs
Persuasive negotiation and closing abilities
Basic digital literacy (CRM, mobile sales tools, email)
Self-motivated with a focus on targets and results
*Market Intelligence*
Monitor competitor pricing and activities.
Report market trends and customer feedback.
Identify opportunities for new products and services.
Gather information on upcoming projects
*Collections & Credit Control*
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with finance for customer account reconciliation.
Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms.
*Daily Activity Targets*
Customer Visits 7-10
New Customer Visits 2
Follow-up Calls 10-15
Quotations Issued 3-5
Collections Follow-up Daily
New Leads Generated 10 per week
*Qualifications*
Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1–3 years in retail / B2C sales / field sales — experience in printers/IT peripherals is a plus

Builds strong relationships with customers and drives repeat sales
Maintains accurate CRM and Sales Activity Records
Promotes product knowledge and positions consumables effectively
