Position Overview

We are looking for a highly active, energetic, and result-driven Marketing Professional with solid experience in the construction field. The candidate must be capable of bringing new business, expanding client relationships, and increasing company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads in the construction industry

Visit construction sites and companies to offer manpower, equipment rental & materials

Market our contracting services including asphalting, road works, waterproofing, excavation, backfilling, and all civil activities

Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new opportunities

Achieve monthly sales targets and grow the company’s customer base

Prepare marketing reports and provide market insights

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing or sales within a construction company

Strong knowledge of manpower rental, equipment rental, and construction trading

Valid Bahrain driving license

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to attract customers and close deals

Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented personality

Salary: 200 BHD
