As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

• Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems

• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

• Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities

• Manage attendance records, leave applications, and timesheets

• Support payroll processing and benefits administration

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
