About the Role:

JASH Company is seeking a results-driven Procurement Supervisor with over 10 years of experience in managing and overseeing procurement activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that purchasing operations are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily purchasing operations, ensuring timely processing of requisitions and purchase orders.

• Validate purchase requests and supervise supplier selection in line with company policies.

• Manage supplier negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.

• Support project teams with material planning and procurement scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery.

• Ensure strict compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and procurement best practices.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing procurement costs.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering professional growth and development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in ERP and procurement management systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
