Quality Management Representative in Manama

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the ISO System, BRC-IOP, HACCP, SEDEX & GMP programs throughout the organization to achieve the business objectives with the best level of efficiency in terms of quality, hygiene & safety.

To be responsible for the certification processes for the systems (ISO and BRC).

To identify areas for continuous improvement in relation to the requirements of ISO 9001, BRC-IOP, GMP, HACCP, SEDEX and safety management and to monitor their implementation.

To ensure that quality, the technical management, the Hazard & Risk Management manual, safety manuals, procedures and instruction are updated from time to time

To prepare the annual internal training plan.

To plan and conduct internal quality and hygiene audits at regular intervals to ensure effectiveness of QMS, Hygiene & Safety management.

To coordinate to address and implement action plans to address any non-conformances and other audit observations received during internal and external audits.

To follow up with each department their quality objectives and report the gap analysis to the Management. Likewise, to follow up the corrective & preventive actions taken by the Department.

To coordinate with the external pest control company regarding pest control management in the factory.

To keep abreast & collaborate with QMS & BRC consultants and any certification body.

To liaise with external laboratory regarding product analyses, certificate of compliance of the products to be exported.

To conduct other works assigned by the OM/Plant Head, like supervision of AFC scrap weighing prior to transfer to Stores and other quality related work

Qualifications:

Male/Female 30 -40 years old

Bachelors in any Degree

Experience in ISO 9001, BRC, HACCP, SEDEX and Safety requirements and quality management

Experience in Manufacturing Industry

Certifications on ISO, Internal Audit, Six Sigma is required
