Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential partners: (Chalet owners, hotels, car rental companies, sea trip organizers).

Deliver a compelling Value Proposition for the Kaser App, explaining how the platform can significantly boost their bookings and revenue.

Negotiate partnership terms, finalize agreements with new partners, and ensure deal closure.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to the number of partners and quality of bookings.

What We Are Looking For:

A minimum of (1/2 years) of proven experience in Field Sales, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, rental, or technology (SaaS) sectors.

A proactive, highly persuasive personality with strong negotiation skills, capable of engaging business owners.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently under pressure and effectively manage time to meet objectives.

Valid driver’s license is required, and personal transportation is highly preferred.
