HR Recruiter & Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter & Counselor to manage the recruitment processes while providing counseling and guidance to candidates and employees. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to support individuals professionally. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: * Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) * Post job advertisements and source candidates through various platforms * Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates * Maintain recruitment records and databases Counseling & Guidance: * Counsel candidates regarding job roles, career opportunities, and placement process * Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace-related concerns * Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding procedures HR Support: * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Support HR policies and procedures * Coordinate with management on manpower requirements Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Proven experience in recruitment and counseling * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle confidential information professionally * Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems Language Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage) Interested candidates contact or apply at ‎
