Scaffolding project Manager
To supervise and coordinate all activities related to Scaffoldings and Formwork in timely manner and safe approach.
Responsibilities and duties:
§ Management of Scaffolding Operations (includes Scaffolding Yard/Store, Workshop, Materials, Manpower, erection and dismantling).
§ Study and anlyse the new requirement of scaffoldings from site.
§ Liaising with project team to ensure the deployment of materials & erection as per site schedule and requirements.
§ Maintenance & Repair of Scaffolding materials such as Straitening, Welding, Sand Blasting, Painting, etc.
§ Study and recommend for the disposal of damaged Scaffoldings.
§ Issue Monthly debit notes to site through Plant Accounts with the approval of Plant and Assets Manager, follow-up for the site approval and submission to Accounts Dept.
§ Assessment of employees within the department.
§ Conduct basic Scaffolding theory & practical indoor training (as a company trainer).
§ To observe and abide by all safety measures and precautions across all activities related to Scaffoldings & Formwork.
§ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by Plant & Assets Manager.
