A growing restaurant chain in Riyadh is looking for an experienced and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our team.

Position: Multi-Cuisine Chef

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines

• Develop and standardize recipes

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service hours

• Monitor inventory and kitchen stock requirements

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times

• Train and supervise kitchen staff

• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in multi-cuisine restaurants

• Strong knowledge of Arabic, Continental, Asian, and fast-food cuisine

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Creativity and passion for culinary excellence

• Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable)
