???? Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Van Salesman to join our FMCG distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily market visits, product delivery, sales generation, and building strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, and cold stores.

???? Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned routes daily and achieve sales targets

Promote and sell FMCG products (Spices, Pulses, Rice, Oils, etc.)

Deliver goods accurately and collect payments (Cash/BenefitPay/Cheque)

Maintain van stock levels and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO)

Build strong customer relationships

Generate new leads and expand market coverage

Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management

Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of the delivery van

???? Requirements

Valid Bahrain driving license

Experience in FMCG sales (preferred)

Good communication skills (English/Arabic is a plus)

Basic knowledge of Bahrain routes

Physically fit to load/unload goods

Professional, honest, and responsible
