### ???? Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Senior Mechanical Engineer* with 7–10 years of proven experience in the *Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)* region, specializing in *HVAC and Fire Fighting systems*. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, execution, and supervision of mechanical systems across a range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

### ???? Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the design, planning, and implementation of *HVAC and Fire Fighting systems* in compliance with international and local codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SBC, etc.)

– Conduct *heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing*, and equipment selection using industry-standard software (e.g., HAP, DuctSizer, Elite)

– Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems

– Supervise site installations, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and fire protection systems

– Liaise with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and timely project delivery

– Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases

– Conduct *value engineering* and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety

### ✅ Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)

– 7–10 years of hands-on experience in the GCC region, with a strong portfolio of completed HVAC and Fire Fighting projects

– In-depth knowledge of *MEP codes and standards* (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, ASME, etc.)

– Proficiency in *AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, DuctSizer, PipeSizer*, and MS Office Suite

– Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

– Valid GCC driving license (preferred)
