Al Mazaya Medical is seeking an experienced “Insurance Manager” to join our team in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and in-depth knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations.

???? Education & Experience Requirements

Education

★ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.

★ Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Experience

★ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

★ Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Medical Insurance systems in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred experience in:

★ Healthcare or medical operations management

★ Clinical research or pharmaceutical sector

★ Knowledge of Saudi MOH rules and regulations is required.

???? Required Skills

⌛ Leadership & Management: Ability to lead teams, develop staff, and maintain a productive work environment.

⌛ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English (highly preferred).

⌛ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

⌛ Driving License: GCC driving license is preferred.

✦ Salary: 15,000 SAR

✦ Sales Commission: Based on percentage
