Site Supervisor in Manama

Mint Design is seeking a proactive and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day to day site operations and ensure our design projects are delivered with precision and quality.

What You’ll Do

-Supervise and monitor daily site activities

-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the design team

-Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and timelines

-Conduct quality checks and report progress to management

-Resolve site issues and ensure safety compliance

-Maintain proper documentation and site reports

What We’re Looking For

-Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or construction

-Strong understanding of drawings and site execution processes

-Excellent communication and coordination skills

-Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and lead teams

-High attention to detail and commitment to quality

-Valid Bahrain driving license preferred
