Job Description

The Insulator will be responsible for installing and maintaining thermal and acoustic insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and industrial equipment, following Aramco standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Install thermal insulation (hot & cold) on piping, vessels, ducts, and equipment.

Measure, cut, and prepare insulation materials such as fiberglass, rockwool, foam, and polyurethane.

Fit and secure insulation with wires, bands, adhesives, and fasteners.

Apply aluminum/SS cladding or jacketing (if required).

Remove old or damaged insulation and replace with new materials.

Ensure insulation thickness matches project specifications.

Coordinate with cladders, supervisors, and QC teams.

Follow all Aramco safety rules, procedures, and job instructions.

Maintain tools and equipment used for insulation works.

Perform site housekeeping and maintain proper work quality.

Requirements

Must be Aramco Approved (valid approval number / SAP ID).

Minimum 3–5 years experience in insulation works (hot & cold).

Experience in oil & gas / petrochemical projects.

Knowledge of insulation types, thickness, density & installation methods.

Ability to read basic drawings and understand work instructions.

Must follow strict safety practices and PPE usage
