Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods and services

Coordinate and compile bid submission documents for tenders and pre-qualifications.

Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process

Organize efforts across departments for tendering activities and contract reviews.

Gather and communicate customer bid requirements, queries, and requests for information.

Review incoming tenders, noting due dates, project timelines, and submission requirements.

Collect tender information from sources like the Bahrain Tender Board and market research.

Monitor adherence to submission deadlines, including preparation and packaging of bids.

Standardize tender submissions to align with format and customer specifications.

Proven experience of 1-3 years in a tender-oriented environment, like bid writing, procurement, project management or project coordination.
