Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver services effectively and on time.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships.
Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews for clients and management.
Negotiate contract renewals and support the sales process when required.
