📍 Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

🧭 Engagement: Office‑based with periodic site visits

📅 Work Schedule: 6 days/week 48 hours/week

📝 About the Opportunity

A prestigious consulting engagement supporting one of the Kingdom’s leading energy programs is seeking experienced Reliability & Maintenance professionals to strengthen ongoing operational excellence initiatives. This role is part of a high‑visibility program aligned with strategic brownfield and asset‑integrity enhancement efforts across the region.

🎯 Role Summary

~10 years of proven experience in Reliability / Maintenance Engineering

Strong command of RCM, maintenance strategy, and PM optimisation

Ability to translate reliability studies into practical maintenance tasks & job plans

Hands‑on experience with CMMS / SAP PM (task lists, maintenance plans, job plans)

Skilled in facilitating technical workshops with engineering, operations & maintenance teams

🏗️ Engagement Model

On‑site participation at operating locations for reviews, workshops, and execution support

Project‑based consulting role with potential for extended continuity

Transportation & accommodation (if site‑based) arranged as required

👤 Target Candidate Profile

Reliability Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Strategy Lead

Background in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional coordination skills
