Nurse Or Allied Health Supervisor in Dammam

***We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our healthcare team***

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid professional medical license.

Current registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

Valid license from the Ministry of Health (MOH), Saudi Arabia.

Minimum of 5 years post-registration clinical experience.

At least 3 years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas:

*Emergency Room (ER)

*Pre-Hospital Emergency Care

*Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

*Industrial/Occupational Health Clinic

Minimum 2 years experience at Charge Nurse, Senior Staff, or Supervisory level.

Required Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized provider (SHA or AHA).

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from a recognized provider (SHA or AHA).

Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification.

Basic & Advanced Disaster Life Support (BLS/ADLS) certification.

Decontamination Training Certification from a recognized institution.

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent emergency response and clinical decision-making skills.

Experience in remote area, industrial, or occupational healthcare settings.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
