Job Overview:

We seek dynamic and experienced Business Development professionals to join our teams in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of our business in the region. This role involves market research, building client relationships, and implementing business development strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets for growth.

– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

– Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

– Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

– Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients.

– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

– Track and report on business development activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

– Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.

– Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the manufacturing or lighting industry.

– Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.

– Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
