Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transportation and supply chain operations in Jeddah. The role involves coordinating with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

????️ Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations from warehouse to delivery

Plan and schedule daily routes and transportation activities

Assign and track drivers and shipments

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse, and suppliers

Maintain accurate records of Logistics, inventory, and deliveries

Handle delays, issues, and customer complaints efficiently

Ensure compliance with company transport policies and procedures

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports

Support cost optimization and operational efficiency

Requirements

Nationality : Any and Sudanese nationality is most preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Eperience in logistics or transportation coordination (preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in fleet or delivery operations is an advantage
