Position: Cleaning Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
• Maintain quality standards: conduct inspections and implement improvements.
• Manage supplies and budgets: track inventory and control costs.
• Ensure compliance: follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments: support operational needs and special projects.
• Plan shifts, allocate staff, arrange replacements, control attendance.
• Do site inspections, record issues, close them fast.
• Report KPI and corrective actions to management and to the client.
• Supervise cleaning team leaders / working supervisors.
• Train new staff on methods, tools, safety.
• Be the main operational contact for the client on your sites.
• Handle requests, complaints, extra tasks.
• Prepare simple daily / weekly status updates.
• Control stock of chemicals, consumables, machines on each site.
• Request materials on time, avoid last-minute shortages.
• Make sure machines are serviced and available.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven 3 years minimum experience in contract cleaning / soft FM / housekeeping / facilities services in a supervisor, inspector, area manager and or operations manager position.
• Bahraini Driving license
• Strong understanding of professional cleaning processes, protocols, chemical usage and safety.
• Ability to manage 400+ cleaners across several locations.
• Proficient PC user, reporting skills.
• Organizational skills, and proactivity.
