تفاصيل الوظيفة
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team, specialized in authentic Lebanese and Arabic cuisine.
The role supports the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, preparation, and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a professional kitchen
Basic experience in:
Lebanese pastries & manakish
Fresh baked goods
Popular Arabic dishes
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Punctual, disciplined, and a strong team player
The Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about Lebanese and Arabic food
Respectful, hardworking, and eager to develop skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
