Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong experience in PPE or industrial materials trading in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new business, and managing key client relationships to strengthen our presence in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities in PPE, electrical, mechanical, and industrial materials.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

• Oversee quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Lead and support the sales team to ensure high performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

• Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in PPE and industrial materials trading within Saudi Arabia (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and its regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

• Valid Saudi driving license preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
