Operation Cordinator in Olaya

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Operation Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh on Immediate. The ideal candidate should have solid experience handling SABER and SFDA operational tasks, along with strong communication skills to manage customer inquiries efficiently.

???? Responsibilities:

Handle day‑to‑day SABER and SFDA operations and submissions

Manage customer inquiries through email, phone, and messaging

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Prepare and organize documentation required for regulatory approvals

Track application statuses and follow up with relevant authorities

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes

???? Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in SABER & SFDA operations (mandatory)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Arabic or English proficiency (both is a plus)

Must be currently in Saudi Arabia and available to join soon
