Urgent Hiring: Production Manager – Pastry and Bakery

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pastry Bakery and Food Manufacturing Production

• Daily oversees the pastry and bakery production operations – for quality and food safety standards

• Manages, monitors and trains production staff and prepares schedules

• Follows product recipe and quality, adheres to recipe’s specifications all times

• Implements, cascades and strictly follows food safety and security at all times including SFDA visit requirements and HACCP.

• Supports Research and Development in testing and launching new products

• Prepares daily production reports, performance metrics and performance reviews

• Collaborates with procurement team to ensure material and products availability

• Minimizes waste and optimizes production costs

• With strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

• Proficiency in baking operations procedures, processes, storage, shelf life and baking equipment utensils or machinery.
