Job Title: Project Coordinator & Estimator – Woodwork, Joinery & Fit-Out in Manama

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator & Estimator with a strong background in woodwork, joinery, and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating project activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

Analyze tender documents and prepare quotations.

Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Coordinate project schedules, materials, and site activities.

Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and commercial issues.

Prepare variation orders, cost reports, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in woodwork, joinery, and interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of estimating, costing, and project coordination.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Experience with estimating software is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

A valid driving license is preferred.
