Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – GRC, GRG & Fit-Out Specialists

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 10,000 SAR per month (Total Package)

Experience: 8 – 10 years minimum

Job Overview

We are seeking a specialized Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. You will manage cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration. Your primary focus will involve Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC), Glass-Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GRG), and high-end interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget plans.

Specialized Estimation: Quantify and price internal and external finishes including GRC cladding and GRG decorative elements.

Contract Administration: Manage post-contract variations, progress claims, and final accounts.

Subcontractor Management: Evaluate subcontractor tenders, verify monthly invoices, and certify payments.

Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving alternatives without compromising design quality.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Strictly 8 to 10 years of commercial experience in construction or fit-out sectors.

Material Expertise: Proven track record working directly with GRC, GRG, gypsum, and architectural fit-out materials.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, CostX).

Location: Candidates currently in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama are highly preferred.

Overseas candidates ready to relocate will also be considered.
