BIDDING ENGINEER (CIVIL / MECHANICAL / INDUSTRIAL) in Ras Tanura

A reputed trading & contracting company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an experienced bidding engineer with strong exposure to civil, mechanical, and industrial projects.

Job Locations:

• Ras Tanura & Jubail

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia

• Proven experience in tendering, estimation, BOQs, pre-bid & post-bid activities

• Experience in Civil, Mechanical & Industrial projects (Oil & Gas / Infrastructure preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Saudi market rates, vendors, and client standards

• Ability to coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams

• Transferable Iqama is mandatory

• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

Job Responsibilities (Summary):

• Prepare and review cost estimates, tenders, and proposals

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations

• Support management during tender submission and negotiations
