Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (EPC / Infrastructure Projects)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with expertise in EPC and infrastructure projects to prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals for major projects in KSA.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Roads & Highways, Buildings, Water, Power, Rail & Metro, and other infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of estimation and tendering processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documents.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents for project costing.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Conduct rate analysis and prepare competitive commercial proposals.

• Support tender negotiations, clarifications, and bid finalization.

• Ensure timely submission of technically and commercially compliant bids.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in estimation and tendering for EPC / infrastructure projects. Experience in Roads, Highways, Buildings, Water, Power, Rail & Metro, and Infrastructure projects.

• Exposure to KSA market and tendering procedures will be preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.

• Good analytical, commercial, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under tight tender deadlines.

• Knowledge of FIDIC / EPC contracts will be an advantage.
