Operations Supervisor in Jeddah

We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor who has been in the seat before, someone who understands what it takes to manage riders, run shifts, and keep daily operations tight. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won’t be watching from the side; you’ll be in the middle of it.

Responsibilities:

– Manage daily shift schedules and ensure full rider coverage across active zones

– Supervise rider performance, attendance, and conduct — and act on issues directly

– Monitor live operations and respond to problems in real time without waiting to be told

– Track key metrics (completion rates, late deliveries, idle time) and take corrective action

– Coordinate with dispatch, client accounts, and the fleet team to keep orders flowing

– Onboard new riders and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

– Escalate issues where needed, but resolve what you can at your level

– Submit daily operational reports and flag patterns that affect performance

Requirements:

– 2–3 years of experience in operations within last-mile delivery, courier, food delivery, or a similar logistics environment. This is not negotiable

– Hands-on experience managing riders/ Couriers or field agents directly

– Comfortable working shift-based hours, including evenings and weekends when needed

– Strong sense of accountability, you own your shift’s results

– Able to work under pressure without losing structure

– Good communication in English and Urdu/Bengali is a plus

– Based in Jeddah, able to join immediately
