HIRING | SAP PO/PR Controller — L3 in Jubail

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SAP PO/PR Controller — L3 role based in Jubail. The SAP PO/PR Controller is responsible for owning the full procurement cycle within SAP MM — from Purchase Requisition creation through Purchase Order issuance, Goods Receipt processing, and invoice matching. Daily work includes creating and validating PRs and POs, managing vendor coordination, processing goods receipts via MIGO, and resolving GR/IR discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and AP teams. The role involves maintaining rigorous procurement documentation, issuing formal PO documents to vendors, and supporting internal and external audit requirements. The SAP PO/PR Controller will generate procurement reports, support month-end close activities, and collaborate with warehouse, finance, and department heads to ensure procurement compliance and process efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in SAP MM — PR (ME51N/ME52N/ME53N), PO (ME21N/ME22N/ME23N), and GR (MIGO) processing

Hands-on experience managing the full procure-to-pay cycle — PR approval workflows, PO issuance, three-way matching, GR/IR variance resolution

Proven experience with SAP release strategies — condition configuration, approval routing, and workflow monitoring

Solid understanding of SAP MM-FI integration — account determination, cost center assignment, GL posting logic, and month-end GR/IR reconciliation

Proficiency in SAP procurement reporting — ME2M, ME2L, ME2N, ME80FN — spend analysis, open commitment, and backlog aging reports

Experience managing multiple PO types — standard, framework agreements, blanket orders, and service entry sheets

Strong documentation discipline — PO issuance, audit trail maintenance, and procurement filing per company policy and approval matrix

Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement) or CIPS membership are preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

5–10 years of hands-on SAP MM and procurement operations experience
