Surveyor Required – WHO CAN PROVIDE AJEER CONTRACT (MUST) in Riyadh

Job Vacancy: Surveyor

Position: Surveyor

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in GCC/KSA in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.

Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.

Strong knowledge of construction layouts, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

Familiarity with survey software and data processing tools.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Valid transferable Iqama (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and establish control points and benchmarks.

Perform construction setting-out, leveling, and alignment works.

Prepare survey reports, records, and as-built documentation.

Verify dimensions, elevations, and coordinates in accordance with project requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project teams.

Ensure survey activities are carried out accurately and in compliance with project specifications.

Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
