تفاصيل الوظيفة

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities in MEP, Fire Protection, HVAC, and Coating sectors.

• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and government authorities.

• Lead prequalification, tendering, and bidding processes in coordination with estimation and proposal teams.

• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.

• Support project pipeline development and ensure timely follow-up of business leads.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

• Monitor performance of the business development team and guide them to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Prepare detailed business reports and forecasts for management review.

• Ensure compliance with ESPC company policies, commercial standards, and ethical practices in all dealings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Masters in Business Administration.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, preferably within MEP, Fire Protection, HVAC, or Oil & Gas contracting sectors in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven record of securing large industrial or infrastructure projects.

• Strong network within consultants, EPC contractors, and end-users across KSA.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

• Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written) is highly desirable for effective client and government communications.
