تفاصيل الوظيفة
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Burger Chef to join our new smash burger restaurant in Bawsher.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the burger restaurant industry, preferably smash burgers.
* Strong knowledge of food costing and inventory control.
* Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team.
* Creative mindset to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
* Excellent problem-solving and operational management skills.
* Good knowledge of food suppliers and sourcing channels in Muscat.
* Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
