Machine Operator – Injection Molding Machine in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator – Injection Molding Machine.

Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to production plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines.

• Start and shut down machines according to procedures.

• Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time).

• Adjust machine settings as required to maintain product quality.

• Monitor cycle time and machine efficiency.

• Minimize downtime.

• Inspect produced parts for defects (flash, short shot, warping, burn marks).

• Perform first-piece inspection.

• Report quality issues immediately.

• Separate defective parts.

• Load raw plastic materials into hopper.

• Ensure correct material type and color is used.

• Monitor resin drying process (if applicable).

• Reduce material waste.

• Mold changeovers.

• Clean molds and machine area.

• Report mold damage or abnormal machine behavior.

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Maintain clean and organized work area.

• Report unsafe conditions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certificate.

• 2–5 years experience in injection molding.

• Knowledge of plastic materials (PP, PVC, HDPE, etc.).

• Ability to read production drawings (preferred).

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia

Transferable Iqama (ready for immediate transfer)

Relevant work experience in the applied position
