Job Description

We are a leading waterproofing manufacturing and construction materials company in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales management within the construction or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

• Manage and lead the sales team, including training and performance monitoring

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors

• Oversee key accounts and major projects in the construction and waterproofing sector

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

• Coordinate with production, technical, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in Saudi Arabia

• Mandatory experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, or building materials

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market and project sales

• Proven leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Valid KSA driving license is preferred
