Civil Supervisor -Immediate Joiner – Indians in Manama

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen

Monitor manpower productivity, materials, and equipment

Ensure quality control and safety compliance

Inspect completed works and manage rectification of defects

Maintain daily progress reports and site records

Support project engineer in achieving project targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3-7years of experience in civil construction supervision

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Experience in building, villa, or commercial projects

Good leadership and supervision skills

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Indian nationality acceptable

Ability to manage multiple site activities

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
