We are looking for a qualified contractor/team in Riyadh – Industrial Area to execute workshop drainage screed and epoxy flooring works as per the scope below:

Scope of Work

A) Drainage Works

• Remove drain covers and clean the existing drainage system.

• Fill drainage trench with grout & screed mix up to 60 cm depth to achieve the required base level.

• Re-level surface (up to mid-area level) and ensure correct slope for smooth water flow.

• Grind the drainage area to remove contaminants/laitance and unevenness.

B) Epoxy Works

• Apply high-penetration epoxy primer (roller).

• Apply epoxy putty for joints/imperfections.

• Apply epoxy base coat, then light sanding.

• Apply final solvent-free, high chemical resistance epoxy top coat with smooth finish and proper slope continuity.

Location: Riyadh – Industrial Area

Quantity: To be confirmed by site visit.

Required: Experience in workshop/industrial epoxy flooring + drainage works.
