Broast Maker in Jeddah

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Broast Maker to join our kitchen team! The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing broasted chicken, marinating, seasoning, frying, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook broasted chicken following standard recipes and quality standards.

Manage marination, coating, and frying processes.

Ensure food is cooked safely and presented well.

Maintain cleanliness of cooking area and equipment.

Monitor food stock and assist with kitchen inventory.

Follow hygiene, safety, and quality regulations at all times.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Broast Maker / Fried Chicken Cook / Chef (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

Knowledge of broasting machines and techniques.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
