Van salesman – FMCG
salary : 1500 + accommodation and food are provided by the company
Responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and visibility targets across all the brands and categories,
ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly sales volume and value targets for all the brands and categories.
• Ensure full product distribution, availability, and visibility as per planograms.
• Forecast and place accurate orders based on market demand while controlling wastage.
• Maintain customer relationships through timely service and complaint resolution.
• Monitor product freshness, handle goods per company quality and cold chain policies.
• Manage temporary credit accounts within company policy.
• Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities effectively.
• Review daily sales performance and market feedback with the Sales Supervisor.
• Maintain company assets, including sales van and equipment, in good condition.
• Identify new business opportunities and improve service to existing customers.
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of FMCG van sales experience (Middle East experience preferred).
• Skills:
o Good communication and basic numerical skills.
o Ability to read and write in Arabic or English.
o Customer-focused with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Other:
o Valid driving license (Heavy License preferred).
o Physically fit and healthy.
o Familiar with computerized systems (preferred).
