INTERFACE STAFF FOR AMIRAL PROJECT in Jubail

‘Role & Responsibilities

1) Support the Interface Manager in coordinating daily interfaces for PKG-1 with other packages, aligning scope, schedule, and interface inconsistencies or conflicts.

2) Maintain and update interface registers, multidisciplinary drawings, and flagging clashes early and routing them

3) Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs, follow up actions in line with due date, and compile evidence for approval and close-out.

4) Assist with site verifications of interface points and tie-ins, coordinating with field engineering and construction for UG/AG works.

5) Draft weekly and monthly interface status reports, consolidate inputs, and escalate risks to the Interface Manager with proposed mitigations.

Major / Degree:

‘1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical).

Expertise / Skill:

‘1) Good understanding of EPC interface coordination, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.

2) Familiarity with interface point drawings, battery limits, and tie-in data.

3) Strong communication and coordination skills for multi-package alignment.

4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and document control systems (e.g., Document Space / Aconex).

Reference (Experience):

‘1) 3–5 years of experience in large-scale EPC projects (preferably with Aramco / SATORP / Total Energies projects).

Language:

‘1) Strong teamwork and cross-cultural communication ability.

2) Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple interface tasks.

3) Must hold a valid work visa transferable to Hyundai Engineering.
