Job Requirements

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial heavy equipment management, with a proven track record in overseeing the operation and maintenance of large-scale heavy machinery (e.g., cranes—aligned with our crane rental business, excavators, loaders, generators). Experience in the equipment rental industry or with crane-specific management is a strong plus.

Professional Certifications

Hold a valid professional certification in equipment management or mechanical engineering (e.g., Certified Equipment Manager (CEM), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) certification). Preference will be given to candidates with certifications from internationally recognized bodies (such as ISO, OSHA) related to heavy equipment safety or asset management.

Technical & Software Proficiency

Proficient in end-to-end heavy equipment lifecycle management, including:

Developing and executing preventive maintenance plans for heavy machinery (critical for extending crane service life in rental scenarios);

Controlling spare parts inventory (e.g., crane-specific components) to ensure timely availability for maintenance or rental needs;

Troubleshooting & Safety Compliance

Possess strong technical troubleshooting skills to promptly resolve malfunctions of heavy equipment (especially cranes)， minimize equipment downtime (a key factor for rental business efficiency), and strictly ensure compliance with global and local heavy machinery safety & operational standards.

Coordination Abilities

Coordinate cross-departmental workflows (e.g., aligning maintenance schedules with rental client demands, collaborating with sales teams on equipment availability);

Develop and implement equipment safety protocols—with a focus on crane operation and maintenance safety (core to risk control in our rental business).

Local Regulation & Documentation Expertise

Familiar with Saudi Arabian industrial regulations and safety guidelines (e.g., SABIC safety standards, Saudi Aramco-related heavy equipment operational norms) applicable to heavy machinery. Experienced in managing equipment-related documentation, including (but not limited to) maintenance logs, inspection reports, and rental equipment condition records (critical for client accountability and asset tracking).

Legal Eligibility

Valid Iqama with transferable status (to ensure smooth onboarding and legal employment in Saudi Arabia).
