AutoCAD Draftsman – Construction (Shop & Execution Drawings) in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare shop drawings and execution drawings in coordination with consultants, engineers, and site teams. The role supports ongoing construction projects by producing accurate, detailed drawings in accordance with approved consultant drawings, specifications, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, execution drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD

• Interpret and develop drawings from consultant-issued IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs

• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines as required

• Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site conditions, and coordination meetings

• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and construction practices

• Assist project engineers and site teams with drawing clarifications

• Maintain organized drawing records and revision control

• Support submissions and approvals to consultants and clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting (preferred)

• Minimum 2–5 years experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in construction projects

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)

• Experience in preparing shop drawings and execution drawings

• Good understanding of construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret consultant and tender drawings

• Familiarity with coordination between disciplines is an advantage

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with Revit / BIM

• Site experience or coordination with construction teams

• Knowledge of local authority or consultant submission procedures
