Urgent Hiring! Finishing Engineer (Housing Or Villa Experience Only) in Riyadh

The Finishing Engineer oversees and manages all finishing works for housing or villa construction projects, ensuring high‑quality workmanship, compliance with project specifications, and timely delivery. This role coordinates with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve premium finishing standards expected in residential developments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop detailed finishing work schedules aligned with the overall project timeline.

• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure readiness of areas before finishing works begin.

• Review drawings, material specifications, and method statements for all finishing activities.

• Supervise and inspect finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, ceilings, waterproofing, doors/windows, and external façade finishes.

• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Conduct daily site inspections and issue NCRs or corrective actions when needed.

• Verify workmanship and ensure premium-quality finishes suitable for villas and high-end housing.

• Prepare snag lists and supervise rectification works.

• Ensure villas/housing units are delivered defect-free and ready for client handover.

• Support final inspections and documentation for project close-out

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

– 3–7 years of experience in finishing works for villas, townhouses, or residential buildings.

– Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation techniques, and quality standards.

– Experience working with consultants and subcontractors in the GCC is an advantage.

– Proficient in reading drawings, using MS Office, and basic project management tools.

– Strong attention to detail and quality.

– Excellent coordination and communication skills.

– Ability to manage multiple finishing trades simultaneously.

– Problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines.

– Familiarity with Saudi building codes and standards (advantage).
