HR & PAYROLL EXECUTIVE in Manama

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and solid knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employees professionally are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with Bahrain regulations

Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records

Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, MOL requirements, LMRA, SIO, and GOSI where applicable

Prepare and maintain HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination letters

Coordinate with government portals and handle renewals, visas, and employee documentation

Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR & payroll records

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR & Payroll Executive

Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance

Hands-on experience in payroll processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems

Immediate availability is a strong advantage

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR & payroll experience in Bahrain
