???? We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive new client acquisition and manage existing accounts across Saudi Arabia. This is a field-oriented, relationship-driven role with regular travel and exposure to trade shows, expos, and industry events.

???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

???? Business Development & Prospecting

• Identify and engage potential clients across multiple sectors

• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and face-to-face meetings

• Travel across the Kingdom for client meetings and site visits

• Present the company’s DMW-compliant recruitment & deployment model

???? Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct regular follow-ups and on-site visits

• Identify repeat business and account growth opportunities

???? Trade Shows, Exhibitions & Networking

• Represent the company at expos, conferences, and industry events

• Generate and follow up on qualified leads

• Submit post-event reports with market insights

???? Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Strategic Advisor (Philippines)

• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams

• Support proposals, service agreements, and deployment plans

???? Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Provide pipeline and activity reports

???? Market Intelligence

• Monitor manpower demand and hiring trends in Saudi Arabia

• Share insights on salary benchmarks and market movements

???? QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

???? 3–5 years of business development or client-facing experience in Saudi Arabia

???? Experience in manpower, recruitment, or staffing is a strong advantage

???? Willing to travel across the Kingdom

???? SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
